One eyelid does not close completely so when I wash my face, water gets in. What's the cause/solution?
I first noticed that the top eyelid was not closing completely after I got some water and some kind of soap in this eye. I've seen an opthalmologist and tried eyedrops to no avail. The top eyelid feels puffy but it doesn't show. When I close it tight it feels like the top lid is turning inside out and water still gets in.One eyelid does not close completely so when I wash my face, water gets in. What's the cause/solution?

You should use a creamy cleanser, like Neutrogena Cream Cleanser, but more importantly you should use an exfoliant like any of the St. Ive's scrubs. Good luck!

i just tried this Burt's bee's stuff. and it works AMAZINGLY!
it took all the redness out. cleared up my black heads. and i had one huge zit in the middle of my forehead and it just disappeared! it was sooo cool=) it made my face ALOT softer and less oily feeling. i L-O-V-E it!!!!
Clearasil is wayyyy to expensive and it doesn't really work. neutrogena is OK. some work some don't of theirs.
your best bet is to go on a website and find out what type of skin you have, and try different products that say they help that type, and find the ones that work for you.

I would go with natural, botanically-based products that don't have chemicals or dyes. Also, you need to keep up on your skin care routine on a daily basis to have nice skin.

Gentle cleansers are the best. IPL treatments, or Photofacials really work well if you ever want to get rid of them. If you want something affordable, go with Cetaphyl cleansers. make sure you moisturize and wear sunblock! Broken capillaries can get worse from irritation (possibly your scrub), and when the skin thins due to aging and sun damage. You really need to find a face cleanser that works well for your skin type. Neutrogena is a prodcuct that I find works very well I purchased it for my son (cleanser/pads/pimple face cream) Blackhead wash usually doesn't work on whiteheads, get a cream to put on only the affected areas (bumps,whiteheads,blackheads) it works better. Also use separate wash cloths for your face and body cuts own on bacteria and dirt. Keep clean pillowcases as well..Is this a good face wash?

Home remedies for the treatment of whiteheads
* Make a paste of roasted %26amp; powdered pomgranate skin with fresh lime juice and apply over boils, pimple, blackheads and whiteheads.
* Use creams containing AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Fruit acids) like glyco-creams that will clear away any dead skin cells, and helps in unclogging the pores to remove whiteheads.
* Mix Cornstarch With Vinegar, make a paste and apply on the area for 15-30 minutes; wash off with washcloth and warm water, this helps to get rid whiteheads.
* Make a paste of sandalwood with rose water. Apply on affected area. Wash it off after 20-30 minutes with lukewarm water.
* Mix 1 tablespoon groundnut oil with 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice to prevent formation of whiteheads and pimples.
I think netrogena is great. But depending on your skin type the results may differ good or bad. Just remember if you get the product, when you use is rub the cream in a circular motion on your face. Better outcome.
