What should i wash my face?

I have pimples and im wondering if i should just wash my face with soap or just water with nothing in it?

Do NOT wash your face with bar soap! The stuff that holds bar soap together will clog your pores, leading to more acne.





What you want to do is use a liquid facial cleanser that isn't too creamy (i.e. clean and clear foaming face wash), a 5% benzoyl peroxide, and a 1-2% BHA.

Be sure to alternate the BHA/benzoy peroxide every day, or use one in the morning and one in the evening. Do not use them both at the same time.

The combination of Tea Tree Oil soap and the Clindamycin cream is the best for Acne and pimple. These work wonders. Maybe it will work on you too.

Go to the pharmacy at Walmart and ask for AcneAid, its only like $5 and my dermotologist recommended it and it works pretty good!
