It really hurts when it drys like that after I wash my face but I don't want to put goo stuff on my lips, then it taste nasty or when your gonna eat, you have to wipe it off... When I stop washing my face, my lips back to normalWhy is my lips drying after I wash my face???
Your lips can be dry because of different reasons...
Your face wash is too strong
You don't moisturize your lips often enough
or it's the weather.
You can't say lip balms are all icky and gross...you must have had bad experiences or you're listening to false rumors...they aren't meant to be eaten...just buy normal vaseline lip balm and spread it lightly on your lips, it isn't meant to be eaten but of course it's edible because it's on your lips. Trust me, moisturizing your lips will turn it from dry and painful to nice and soft and not painful. Try it yourself. You say it's when you wash your face...so change your face wash...it's irritating your skin.Why is my lips drying after I wash my face???
No; actually its very simple rather than complex. This is the sign of being thirsty along with being hungry. Although you may not be feeling hunger or thirst. Try drinking water and eat a fruit if you can a day or two. All will be right for you.
your lips could be sensitive to the face wash you use. I would try another facewashh.
