morning, afterschool and night ?
morning because im waking up %26amp; there are oils from overnight and such.
afterschool to remove makeup.
night so im not leaving oil on my skin overnightCan i wash my face three times a day with CETAPHIL ?
you are washing your face to much! Once in the morning and once at night is more than enough and you should never use soap on your face! Can i wash my face three times a day with CETAPHIL ?
Yes, Cetaphil is one of the most gentle cleansers there is, you can use it several times daily and should have no problems! However if you skin seems to get dry with this much washing in the summer you can also get their moisturizer which is also gentle and great!
Um- you honestly really only need to wash your face twice daily, otherwise you will upset the oil balance of your skin- either making it too dry or causing it to overproduce oils and make your skin breakout. Your probably fine with washing it in the morning, and afterschool and it should not be necessary before bedtime as long as your not sweating from working out or touching your face distributing bacteria. I like to use a toner after washing my face then a moisturizer, and remember to exfoliate. Best of luck
no no no.
don't listen to what the other people say,
washing your face three times daily will not be harmful,
especially if you have an oily face or an acne problem.
its probably good for you , expecially after school when your face is full of makeup/dirt/and oil...
my doctor specifically told me i could wash my face 3 times a day, as long as you use a nice gentle soap.
so go ahead , what you're doing is fine !!
cetaphil is really strong and i would only use it once or twice a day tops, since it will dry out your skin.
as for after school, it might be best to use a makeup removing cloth or an oil removing cloth.
that's what i do to keep my skin from gettin dried out.
:D
No, only twice because your face will become dry.
No matter how gentle it is, your face can dry up. When you remove your makeup, use a makeup remover product and that's it.
certainly.
