the doctor said not to wash my face with stuff from the store you know like noxema and stuff... so idk what to use. i want something that will help my skin as well, any advice?I am on acutane and i was wondering what kind of face wash i should use.?
You want to use an extremely mild facial cleanser while taking accutane.Accutane causes the skin to shed and pill to remove all of the bacteria and pimples beneath the skin.You do not want,or need, to use anything abrasive because it will damage the new skin.Other chemical containing cleansers could also have very unpleasant chemical reaction with the accutane.Try cetaphil or eurcine facial cleansers.I am on acutane and i was wondering what kind of face wash i should use.?
I took acutane and used and still use Clean and Clear Foaming Face Wash by Johnson %26amp; Johnson. Its mild and I really like it, it doesn't strip my skin. I no longer take acutane but the face wash is still working after over 15 years.
Cetaphil facewash is great because it's really gentle.
