My face gets oily after hours of facial wash. What can i use when my face turns oily?

I have an oily skin and I use nivea for men whitening acne oil control cleanser %26amp; facial wash(5 in 1) morning and night. But after few hours my face turns oily again and worst im not at home. What can i use in this kind of situation?. I'm not using moisturizer, should i?
