Instead of wiping it off with a cotton ball, is it okay to wash it with water and then use my regular night time face cleanser to wash it off?Do you wash your face after using the ponds cold cream (makeup remover)?
Yes, it is totally fine to wash after using cold cream. You are actually suppose to. The cream can actually clog pores and make them larger.
