Is it bad to wash your face with hot water?

If only hot water, yeah.


Use hot water and cold water. First use hot water, because it opens up your pores, so they're cleaned better. Then use cold water to rinse your face off. This closes your pores back up, making them smaller and less noticable.Is it bad to wash your face with hot water?
depends on the temp if it burns the back of your hand or doesn't feel comfertble it will probably not be so good for you face but if you washing for acne its encouraged to use warm/hot water b/c it opens up the pores im not sure about if you have acid or burns or anything like thatIs it bad to wash your face with hot water?
It's good if you're using face wash because it opens the pores and lets the soap in. But make sure you rinse your face with cold water. It closes your pores so less bacteria gets in. :)
uses warm room temp. water, dont use the samer washcloth over and over again tho cuz u jsut spread the oil and makeup back onto ur face (very bad 4 ur pores) its better 2 just wash ur hands b4 u wash ur face. and its better 4 some skin if u just use ur hands. washclotes r scratchy. -twickers
No you have to or else you wont even clean your face...hot water opens the pores and cold water closes them...but obviously not so hot that your like in pain...LOL
not as long as you splash your face afterwards with cold water...i have heard it seals your pores
